Wooden Doors - External
We would absolutely hire Edward again. He was extremely communicative, thoughtful in his design and installation, and was able to create exactly what we wanted. He coordinated a tiler and decorator and worked around our waterproofer. His design was sympathetic to the age of the house while remaining functional for a busy family household. Edward worked very hard to provide a perfect finish as quickly as possible and we would recommend him fully.

EDITED: Hiring Edward was an expensive mistake. The door was designed/installed to my specifications but the door deteriorated after less than 1 year. Edward volunteered that a replacement door was required but then spent 2+ years delaying/avoiding me. No replacement/no reimbursement to date. He is unreliable and unprofessional. I write this feedback with a heavy heart as I have tried to partner with him on a fair solution to no avail.

General Fitted Furniture
Edward did a great job fixing the doors on our cupboards, which was tricky work. He turned up later than expected, but worked extra long hours to get the job finished and the place cleaned without charging any more than quoted. Would use again.

Edward was a professional, reliable and hardworking individual. He provided honest and useful advice on the door that he was restoring and went above and beyond expectations. Edward knew exactly what he was talking about and it showed in the final finished product that he delivered. I would recommend him to everyone who wanted a new door made or needed their door restored. Brilliant job!!
