  Priced for a second job changed date was due to be done then never turned up on the new date set. Never phoned to cancel !!

  I priced for second job, I asked could I change the date to Monday 29th October. I tried on numerous occasions to confirm my visit for that day, but to no avail. I do know the customer was having mobile phone problems, but cannot say if that was the reason I could not get in touch. I always like to confirm the arrival date, not just show up.
