House Extension
I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

People thought I was nuts to use a website to find a builder - I'd normally agree but not in this case. Quality - great. Value - excellent. Reliability - 100%. I think we were very lucky to find Paul and his family, who work under the name of KP Builders. The whole job has been stressfree, quick, and has come in well under budget. Paul and his team are very knowledgeable, work to a high standard, are quick, clean and are very helpful - we wouldn't have got the extension we have without Paul's input, advice and most importantly his years of experience in the building trade. He's got local contacts for other trades too - we're very pleased with his steel fabricator for example - saved us a fortune. Highly recommended. And that's the first builder I've recommended in 20 years.
