Garden Wall
Use at your own risk. Did good job on garden wall even had comments from passersby say how good it was. Phil even got jobs from local builder based on what he did when they saw it. But as for the rest of the work laying the patio in the garden he quoted £1200 for I expected a first class job considering the actual concrete only cost £305. But he subcontracted it out to someone who did a worse job then I could have done myself. I have been in contact with the person who did it but hasn't sorted.
Garden Wall
Really pleased with Phil's work, the poject is now complete and we are really happy with the quality, he talked us through any issues and was happy to change anything if needed. We would definitely use again for future projects. We have found it difficult to get reliable builders in past but based on this we have found one.
Garden Wall
nice job, would use again
Porch / Canopy
The overall finished job is good, however the reliability of the firm is unsatisfactory and caused alot of disruption.

The customers comments are unjustified as we did everything and more than was quoted for,but it was obvious the customer wanted to cut the costs and made these comments as to try to justify the shortfall in her payment to us.

These comments were not made to justify anything we had the money put aside for the job and were more than willing to pay the full amount it if we had not had to endure the upset caused by workmen arguing and storming of site leaving the work un-complete for an extra day, and having to rectify the SHORTFALL in materials that were provided by yourselves. As for the "extra " work carried out I do not understand how you did not forsee having to re-hang a gate that you removed?
