I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling.
I have also successfully undertaken work in many areas of home and garden improvement/repair/maintenance, a selection including - the installation of skirting boards, internal door adjustments and re-hanging doors, laying laminate and engineered wood flooring and the assembly of flat-pack furniture.
Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits.
Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens.
I am trustworthy, reliable and will give a realistic, competitive price for all work undertaken.

On first meet re quote for the job Phil Child was friendly and informative. He gave me a competitive price and date for the work to be completed. During the build there was the inevitable unknown snags which created a few bits of extra work, but Phil just got on with it and has just finished the build. On time and within budget. Although the weather was changeable Phil always kept the area tidy. I will use Phil again for work in the future and have no problems recommending him to family and friends.
