Very persuasive but completely renaged on contract, walking out half way through, leaving us with a house like a building site and taking a substantial amount of our money.

  i wish it was called rated customer totally irrational lady, i warned the customer the job cost would increase once we started to take the house apart, no problem she said, but then had no money for mandatory works she had pre warned about, also kept changing her mind on the specification, the deposit you paid in no way even covered the work you had done, and i sorry to say this but i can only feel as this was your intention from the outset.

  , we do quality work in a proffessional manner as the majority of our ratings suggest, but unfortunately some customers are impossible to work for. Who protects the tradesman against rouge customers?

UNDER NO circumstances would I recommend the use of this company or its agent Adrian Bull. My experience is he has taken my money and left my house in a unweather proof state with only a 5th of the work complete. He has not contacted me at all or been on site since early Sept. He has been reported to trading standards and as for his Company address of Torrington House - he has left and the managing agent is looking for him as well. If you are /have work with him currently I would recommend you DO NOT give him any money in advance as an interim payment. If you have any knowledge of this person at all I would be very grateful to hear from you.

Was very unsure about handing over money in the beginning with all you hear about rogue traders etc. Also unsure about complete strangers in the house, but all my fears were unfounded. I was concerned about the time the job was taking, but when I look back at it, there was a lot of work involved. All the hassles have been worth it. Adrian came up with some very good ideas that were worth considering, as we now have a conservatory with a specification that was too much trouble for other companies we had quote for us. I am so loving the glass roof that is almost silent when it rains, flat patio area and outdoor mood lights.

  After paying the balance for finishing a very nice job on our conservatory, some small unfinished jobs were noticed. It has proved very difficult to get Pinnacle back to rectify these small, but irritating unfinished jobs which may result in future serious problems. Adrian is just not answering phone calls or emails. Does this company exist anymore?

  Why would you rate me five stars and then say I'm too expensive?????? No logic there I don't think mr stocker knows how the system works. I'm sorry you felt our prices didn't suit your budget, we only carry out quality work using the best materials anything less is false economy pinnacle have the attitude " do it well & you'll only do it once!!!" complete replacement fascia soffit and hurrahing systems must be installed using a professionally erected scaffold not ladders or towers as these breech health and safety regulations and in turn will invalidate your contractors public liability insurance. Unfortunately this does make us a little more expensive for this particular type of work but at least you would know your in safe proffesional hands. Thankyou mr stocker for taking the time to mention that we were polite, professional, and comprehensive with the details when we came to provide you with a FREE QUOTE IN OUR OWN TIME at least you had a comparative very unfair of you to put a negative comment after all of our FREE help thanks s bunch.

Professional, quality work a nice bunch of people too. I’m really happy we choose Pinnacle. We knew from the outset this was not a simple job because it’s an old house and double glazing companies had turned the job down. Adrian and his team assessed the job well and came up with the right solutions and advice. As predicted the installation wasn’t simple but his team stuck at it. At several points they showed us how the job could’ve been bodged if they’d wanted to cut corners when it got difficult, but in fact they went the extra mile to do it right. We’re really happy with the finish and I would definitely recommend Pinnacle.
