Lee provided a prompt quote for my flat roof and was flexible about adapting the quote for my preferred skylight. When the main roof suddenly needed urgent attention at the same time, he explained the possibility of changes to his estimate once the work got underway. Bearing in mind I was not present for other than a brief meeting with Lee, he kept me fully informed, especially as rain prevented completion of the job. Work was completed quickly and he sent photos of the finished jobs. Would use him again.
