Excellent communication. Agreed exactly what was to be done at the outset, and we were kept updated as the job progressed. Mark was very polite and respectful throughout whilst in the house. Work area was kept very clean and Mark hoovered up afterwards. Final job looks great, and ready for decoration soon. Mark very punctual. Arrived on time, and work completed exactly when he said it would be. Job done for exactly the quoted price. Would definitely use Planned Plastering & Rennovations again.

If only every trades person was like this. Mark arrived on time, sharp at 8am. We agreed what needed doing and he took the time to put dust sheets out and cover everything that was likely to be affected by the plastering. He kept me informed on what he was doing and how it was progressing, he also managed to sort out a few other bits at the same time. He worked to the budget agreed and provided me with come ideas about future projects. Would definitely recommend and use again.
