The chap who came to give me a quote today was lovely; he answered all my questions, and was super helpful! I will have them come sort my hay friend and maintain my front garden going forward.

If it was the clown who didnt turn up after making an appointment then I give him a zero rating. So unprofessional, could at least have rung to say why he wasnt turning up!
