The job was general building work on an old house, to address issues with the outside of the building. Garry was honest and up front about the costs and was realistic that full costs could not be confirmed until rendering was hacked off the walls. Garry explained any additional work and costs clearly and went ahead with explicit agreement only. Very hard working and professional, especially in some awful weather. I am very happy with the work and would recommend him to anybody.
