Bathroom Installation
After rescheduling for Sat.at 10am,10:10am I get a text that he will be a little late,I gave him my husband's no for directions if required,10:44 I get another text informing me that he won’t be able to make it,and if we can reschedule again.What I am disappointed with is that Matt's organisational skills seem to be quite poor.First time when he needed to re-schedule,he called me,but the second time I got a text,which I find quite poor and unprofessional.He May be good at his job,but reliability is poor.

Hello Sanja, The reason I had to move the times around is my uncle moved into a hospice today as he has terminal cancer. I apologize for doing this, but he had to come first. I have offered to do the job at a discount price, which you declined. I feel the ratings are un fair, not that you knew my position, I would like them changed or left un rated. Matthew
