Radiator
We have to get another plumber in to fix the radiator, He had fitted it to high and did say afterwards it was the only way to do it. If we had known that before we would not have had the work done. However another plumber says it can be sorted so will get him to do it. In fairness Roger did apologise for not informing us and did accept a reduced invoice payment.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
This person is not trustworthy, beware of him. First time, when I engaged him for this job, he took my old shower mixer from bath (which was made of brass) in his van and not informed me. This is expensive item because of exotic material and it was in working condition too. This sounded very bad. Later, he returned this item. Further, he does not listen to customer and does his own. Very argument too. Poor workmanship. Waste of money, beware of him.

He is not a tiler, beware !!. See photos of his poor workmanship, misaligned tiles. Bedroom carpet became wet due to leak through grouts of existing tiles of family bathroom, Without full investigation, he said it is due gap between wall and upper edges of bathroom tiles. He said if he does tiling in all 3 sides upto ceiling then leak will stop. Leak came again, damaged carpet again. He refused to fix problem when we trrusted him for his initial investigation. He put us in difficult situation and run away.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Great help! Thank you!
Bathroom Installation
Contracted to part tile bathroom and install quadrant shower, WC, vanity basin, Disconnect old hot water system. The tiling was bad, the shower surround positioned incorrectly leaving holes in the tiles. Failed to disconnect the old hot water system from the kitchen tap resulting in a flood which brought down the ceiling in the flat below. Leaking shower enclosure, no seals installed - thrown away. Reassembled from scratch at a cost of £150. Overtightened sink waste (broken). Cost £400 to repair ceiling.
Radiator
Agreed quotation, turned up on time, although only remove radiator and install new one in position agreed, work carried out in estimated time and cost. Will use again if needed.
