Flat Pack Furniture Assembly

The tradesmen were excellent, polite, quick and courteous but not the office! Absolutely appalling, booked them a week in advance. Despite informing them of the proposed date a week later, was called back and had to keep explaining that I didn't want them that weekend, but the following one. No one actually showed up on the actual booked date, had to contact them myself an hour later! They came the next day and tried to charge me practically double what was originally agreed! Wouldn't use again!! :(

  Bed broke after around a week, appalling service, am totally disgusted with the level of service and care provided.
