He fixed two dripping taps and a slow-filling cistern. He was frank and honest about his inability to fix a third dripping tap without risking damage to some tiling. I decided not to take the risk. So both the job and his payment were smaller than originally envisaged. His frankness in such circumstances shows that he is trustworthy. I’d happily hire him again.

Completed job of installing waterfall tap effortlessly. Every other plumber said job was too difficult and suggested replacing bath. The plumber fixed it in an hour, looks fabulous. Very helpful, professional and provided really good advice. No longer need an electric shower. Thanks again and this plumber will be the first person I will call.

If I could give zero I would. This guy charged me 180 to fix my boiling tap (was spluttering). He couldn't fix it. Fine. But then he put it on a setting so that no water came out of either the boiling tap or the filtered tap. I messaged him to ask him if he could rectify so that I would at least have a spluttering tap until quooker could come out and fix. He said yes and then didn't turn up. When I chased sent me the classic workman picture of a flat tire on a van. Haven't heard hide nor hair of him since.
