Aerial Installation
This company charged us £140 for a “call out” they didn’t carry out any work required and they left the cable hanging from the original satélite dish installed previously. I wouldn’t recommend them. We have paid a lot of money for no work done whatsoever but they left our own dish not properly put back as it was.

Dear Rosario, We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the services we provided. We were asked to repair your existing equipment which was not salvagable after our attemps to reuse. We recommended that you replace the bent satellite dish, mono block LNB (which had the case missing) and the deteriorated cable feeds. You told my engineers that you have no money and were unable to pay for the 2 hours work we carried out and made every attempt not to pay for the visit.

I would recommend Power On TV as a good company to employ. On placing my job on Rated, they rang me promptly to get more details on the work I required. At that time they gave me a reasonable quote. I contacted them the next day to carry out the work (which was to take down an old FM aerial which had come loose and was hanging out over my roof and was obviously a safety issue).
