James’s communication prior to arriving was excellent. He was punctual and quickly assessed what was the best solution. We decided what was needed and he went to purchase it, returning within 30 minutes. The part was fitted and solved the problem immediately. The whole process was completed within two hours. James was very professional, diagnosed the issues with the boiler, went to get the parts and was able to fix the same day.
