Came to look at job on 25th September - never heard from him again despite phoning him twice and sending 2 emails (wirtten 29th October).
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
A very nice man but unfortuantely the work did not live up to expectations - we had water cascading through the ceiling, out of the back of the washing machine and had to call out an emergency plumber. Work completed poor - would not recommend.

I replaced pipework and radiators throughout the house but was not able to satisfactorily test due to a faulty boiler. Customer then decided to call another plumber and not me! It's unfair to judge my "completed" work as poor, as the customer refused to let me actually complete the work! I certainly wouldn't recommend this customer to fellow tradesmen either!

I am not going to enter in to such conversations - as originally stated would not recommend this so called tradesman - he had payment upfront for work which was completed to a poor standard - this was supported by two other plumbers who have written reports. I am now seeking legal redress given the poor workmanship.
