During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. Peter tiled three interconnecting rooms for us and also laid underfloor heating under the tiles in one room. Very prompt, very efficient, very friendly; and checked with us at all stages to ensure we were happy with what he was doing.
