There were some challenges around timescales but can’t fault Paul’s work. We’re really happy with the result and would recommend him for any work

Paul was very knowledgeable and more importantly honest. When he arrived to provide the quote he immediately said that I didn’t need to replace the shed it just needed repairs. For his honesty I agreed to give him the job plus the quote was very reasonable. Good work and tidying up as he went along. Highly recommend Paul for all your projects.

I hired PRC Builders to fix a shed on my property, 5 months later it's become apparent the repairs were shoddy and appeared rushed, with obvious signs of sloppy workmanship, using the wrong materials, untreated wooden cladding, fixings that are not weather proof and have begun to rust to name but a few. Not only were the original issues with the shed not properly addressed, but new problems also arose as a result of the builder’s work. I would strongly advise against hiring PRC Builders.

Laminate / Wooden Kitchen Worktops
Paul was available very quickly and kept to the schedule as promised. The work was completed within than the given timeframe at the quoted price. He was polite and friendly and able to offer suggestions when unexpected situations arose and able to adapt to them accordingly.
House Extension
Work on an extension that was a disaster. Deadlines and promises repeatedly broken. 5 months into a 6 week job and still nowhere near completion. Whilst Paul was unable to complete the work, no other builders were recruited, messages for updates on timescales and requests to order materials were ignored. We terminated our agreement for our own sanity. Our offer for an amicable resolution, including the repayment of thousands of pounds for work that was never completed, were again not responded to.

The deadlines were missed due to a drain survey being carried out wrong and your engineers designing the wrong foundations All work was being carried out and everything was passed by building inspector Unfortunately I damaged my wrist and forwarded all sick notes to you however you then decided you were unable to wait and employed another builder Not sure about materials not being ordered as when you employed other builders the extension was built
