Gas Boiler - Installation
Absolutely brilliant service by Steve. He quickly discovered the problem, managed to source the part and repair within just a few hours of getting in contact. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
Gas Boiler - Installation
Steve came to quote for a new boiler, when the problem was explained and he realised that the space in our cupboard was so small he decided to look into the problem with the boiler. we had 4 plumbing engineers from Baxi who could not find what was wrong as the boiler is only 6 years , but Steve took his time and found the fault which saved many problems. Thank you so much
Radiator
Very pleased with the quick job my plumber did. Was very polite and helpful. Had to re-negotiate times but have asked him to return and quote other jobs. All round. ..excellent results! Thank you.
Water Underfloor Heating
Steve came round to fix our underfloor heating. He was polite and courteous. He was also knowledgable. He knew exactly what was needed, went to get the part and fixed it. He did another job whilst he was here. I can't recommend him highly enough. It is such a struggle to get reliable trades people sometimes. We will definitely use Steve again.
Radiator
Steve visited and quoted us the day after posting the job, his communication was clear and concise. Worked quickly in a neat tidy fashion the work could not be faulted and we did not feel like we had been ripped off as we have been with previous plumbers. On top of his excellent work Steve was polite friendly and personable, we wanted some other work doing that he advised us was not necessary so was honest as well. We are planning a new bathroom and Steve will be the first plumber/heat engineer we contact.
