Home Improvements
The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.
House Extension
Very happy with the builders and their team. The only disappointment was the plasterer who was very good, however did not really seem to care about the rest of the property. The build finished about 2 weeks later than quoted but we were happy with the timings. The finish of the build was to a nice standard, however the tidying up of the outside of the property could have been better. The builders were friendly and easy to talk to and solved any issues we had. Overall we are Happy
House Extension
Overall, the project was of a high standard and of good quality. The team are hardworking and very accommodating to additional jobs and requirements. The team also sourced information we were not sure about and even picked up materials on our behalf. A special thank you to Mick and Rich the finisher who were most patient and understanding of our needs and timescales. I would highly recommend Prestige Builders Ltd to anyone looking for a job well done.

Very positive experience of using them and would recommend. Particular positives include: 1) Hard working team of people, 2) Top standard of bricklaying, floor laying and smooth plastering and 3) level of care around my house ( eg we were never without water or gas as part of the planning) . The quote they provided was clear at outset and competitive when compared to others we had seen. They were accommodating they were when we changed our requirement and when we asked for references. Definitely recommend.

Wage work only started on Monday, but so far they are very good and hard working
