Barnaby and his sidekick were an absolute joy to have in the house. We laughed all day whilst Barnaby delivered a first class service going to great pains to make sure everything was just where we wanted and were happy before he proceeded. Barnaby even dug a trench down the garden to install lighting and sockets in the garden shed. One month on there is little trace of where the grass was disturbed. Excellent sparky! Very responsive communications and very flexible about day/time to come out to quote. Took time to understand the job and offered advice while quoting. Was patient while I took a week or so to make a decision and didn't 'hassle' me for an answer. Once I'd decided to use him he was again very flexible with dates for the work to be done, and asked for a photo of existing installation so he could make sure he had all required parts before arriving. Job was quick & tidy. Very impressed :)

Internal Lighting
Barnaby responded promptly & gave a verbal quote on initial visit, with an offer of a written confirmation. He made helpful suggestions & considered our request for extra work. We arranged a date for the work during this visit. On the scheduled day, he & his colleague arrived early, worked efficiently & were keen to clean up. The invoice (which matched the quote) & relevant certifications were emailed to us promptly. Barnaby was friendly, reliable, professional & reasonably-priced. Definitely recommended!
