THE PROCESS,
We have a specialist team that will arrange a visit with you, take measurements and a ground survey whilst talking through your plans. Once we have the measurements and information we need we then give you your very own bespoke quote tailored to you.
If you are happy with our quote our team will give you all of the fine print with our helpful welcome pack, we then send our expert installers in to install your new resin bound surface. Once your installation has been complete and your invoice has been paid we will then send you our very own aftercare pack with helpful maintenance guides and instructions as well as your warranty.
AFTER CARE.
Prime Resin Company pride ourselves on customer service and from the very start of the process to even way after your project has been complete we keep in touch to ensure the best after care service giving you the best quality customer service possible.
We also give rough estimates through our WhatsApp where you can send over a couple of photos of the area you are planning on having upgraded, along with a few rough measurements of the area (eg. 10mx6m) We then send you a ball park figure, if this is something you then think is with in your budget we can send one of our experts out at a suitable time for you to take exact measurements and confirm the quote.
