Very polite, professional team, good tidy work, updating at all times throughout the order.
High standard of work in installation of three flat rooves of differing sizes. The largest being a flat roof over a double width car port. Excellent customer service from point of initial enquiry, through site survey, placing order to completion of project. In comparison to other contractors used in a building project Proactive, its employees and sub contractors were the most impressive in their knowledge, care and skill in completion of the on site work.
Our new roof is great, it's about twice as thick as the previous one and we can already tell the difference in the room, it's warmer and quieter. Great company and would highly recommend
