In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

Looking for a team of hardworking, reliable, and talented builders? My wife and I highly recommend Progressive Design. We renovated an 1890s Victorian semi-detached house in St. Albans. The property was in need of total refurbishment, with no proper bathroom, no modern kitchen and limited electrics. They work hard, are smart and respectful, and very talented. This is a family of builders who take pride in their work, do the right thing, and strive to help you accomplish your vision. Highly recommended.

I found Marius and his team industrious, highly professional, and a joy to work with. I am an interior designer so the tradesmen I use must work to a very high standard, which they did. They were punctual, considerate and took good care of the owner's belongings. They dealt with unexpected problems with good humour determination and ingenuity. The job had to be completed within six weeks - a big ask - and by working long hours they managed to deliver the job on time and within budget. Highly recommended.

Marius and his fantastic team of builders could not have done a better job on our single story extension. They were professional, punctual, polite and highly skilled in all areas of their work. All our friends and neighbours were amazed at how fast and efficient they were in completing our new kitchen/dining room. They went above and beyond what was expected to make the build a success.
