Quality of patio - Poor Patio - Poor The lawned area is patchy, weeds coming through. Cost - too expensive. Wasn't sure what we were actually paying for. The workmen turned up on time Still waiting for a reply to my email I sent just after his workmen completed the job.over a year ago. He came down at the end - did some remedial work which still wasn't satisfactory - left without telling my partner he was going. Wasn't even asked if it was okay. Hence the email.

  The patio was laid in accordance with the manufacturers requirements. The client was satisfied on initial completion. Regarding the lawn - maintenance of a lawned area includes weeding & feeding twice yearly. With regards to costs - the client was provided with a full written quotation and breakdown of costs, which was accepted and a written order provided by the client. All remedial works were completed to the clients satisfaction at the time.

Guy turned up when he said and kept us updated. We never actually used him in the end, but he went well out of his way for us. I would certainly consider using him again.

Initial contact was within 24 hours of placing request. Site visit and estimate was completed within a few days. From first contact to completion of the work Guy kept us fully informed at all times. You can see from the quality of his work that he has many years of building experience. Would recommend without hesitation.
