What you want is honest opinion, to have good communication, to have things explained, photos are a bonus and someone professional and approachable and knows what they are doing. We had this with Pawel. Everything was explained well. The job was not rushed. He took time to assess, review and evaluate. He kept us informed throughout the work. Price was reasonable also.
