Quick response and resolved my issue, not cheap but was an emergency call out so I expected to pay a premium. Would recommend

Slate & Tiled Roof
Carried out a repair to fix a leak in the roof. Seemed very confident that this was successful; however, only time will tell. Couple of niggles, hence 3/5. 1. Tried to upsell another repair whilst engaged in the agreed task. 2. Parting words were that he would send an invoice detailing work undertaken if I provided full contact details. Sent details, no response as yet.

I can only reiterate that I had not received the invoice by 8.10.24, hence the comment in the review. The email containing the invoice was sent out to me about 90 minutes after the review had been submitted. Nothing prior to that (checked emails each day, spam folder too). The repair was completed on 4.10.24.
Excellent all round services all workers were polite and helpful talk me threw the job whiles the work was being carried out cleared up well when job was finished thank you to Joseph and the team
