I can’t recommend Mike and his team. They pretended to have collected and I paid. A week later I come to find that the returned the rubbish back at the place. I can’t recommend Mike.

He was rather unreliable, frequently changing the job dates and times. He couldn't commit to a schedule, and the prices kept fluctuating as well.

Was not unreliable. I told you a day I could be there and you didn’t tell me if you wanted the job done or not, then expect me to be there on the day. As for the price you sent a video of what you needed doing then I quoted you, and then you tried to add more work on to the job for the same price. It doesn’t work like that.

Can you please stop lying about me adding more work? You said you didn't realise the bathroom needed to be taken out, but the ad you responded to clearly mentioned it. I was still willing to negotiate when you asked for an extra £100. Then you said it would cost an additional £300 to dispose of the waste, nearly doubling your initial quote. I'm just glad I found someone else to do the work for less, and it was completed immediately without any hassle.
