Ray had a lot of trouble due to the bad weather we had during the summer/autumn but still managed to get done in a reasonable time,also he found some rotten wood that needed replacing & done this at a good price. Ann, Rays wife, kept us informed when he was coming, & all in all a good job at a good price. Would use Ray again, no hesitation.

Started brilliantly, towards the end of the job things not finished and rushed.... I was disappointed with the results in the end, which was a shame.

you was in italy when job was finished and you was spoken to before leaving for you to contact me if there was any problems you did not contact me there for i was not aware of any problems,when you left for italy you was asked if ther were any snags and you said there were none you payed in full so thought you was happy .

[COMPANY NAME] were a very efficient team. Anne always kept me up to date with developments throughout the job. Ray did a fantastic job and within the time frames he specified at the outset. They were very reasonably priced too.

i was well impressed with ray.the job he did for me was above expectations. i would certainy recommend him.i was kept informed by ann when he would come to do the work as it was outside and subject to the weather. i would recommend ray to anyone who asked me.
