The trails of disaster these men left after paying them 90% of the contract value ranged from wrong roof tiles & leaking roof; poorly completed pipe work that meant our radiators are still not working properly, leaking pipe work that was deliberately covered with newspaper and push fit pipe , wrong constructed pipe work in the bathroom, wrong positioning of thermostatic value. The space left for the bifold doors was incorrect which meant we had to remove all the sofia, fascia for the doors to be fitted

  We gave these men Radex & Slavek the opportunity to put things right and on their return continued with poor performance . The quality of work done was so bad that we had to get in tradesmen to redo a lot of what they started.

We hired R&S contractors to build a side return with glass roof, bi-fold doors and 1st floor extension. The quote we received was more than competitive and the job came in with no additional costs. We found Slawek trustworthy, attentive to our requests, took pride in the work of his team and personable throughout the process. Our extension is better than we had hoped, the windows and materials used are of excellent quality, as was the tradesmen’s work. We would not hesitate to use R&S contractors again.

I would highly recommend Slavek and Radek who built our 2 storey extension. They worked with us and our budget every step of the way and responded immediately to phone calls and any developments in the project. We hired R & S contractors to do a complete kitchen/dining room re-design and two bathroom refits. The kitchen construction was quite complex including a large amount of structural work. Their building standards were exceptionally high and we are delighted with our new kitchen. The bathrooms were also redesigned to a high standard with great attention to detail everywhere. They worked very long hours and all their staff were polite and courteous. We have already recommended them to friends.
