Very, very pleased with the work that Rob did for me. He obviously took real pride in doing things properly - no sign of any short cuts. Also totally reliable - turned up when he said he would, and was really good at keeping me informed on the schedule. Finally, he was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and chatty, and full of good advice on how to get the most out of the garden design.
