Very pleased with all the work, did exactly what we wanted and more. Very helpfull as required disabled access . Reliable and kept you informed of what was being done next. Would recommend RJ Building and will have them back for other projects.
Home Improvements
Sadly this renovation has NOT stood the test of time. The roof leaks as do the new doors all fitted by Ray and his trades. After repeated attempts to get Ray to fix the leaking roof we have decided to hire a professional and are considering legal action. He started with gusto and we were pleased but he was unable to coordinate other trades efficiently and sadly clearly used some others who were not good. His plasterer was outstanding but some of that now needs to be fixed as a result of the leaks.
Loft Conversion
Ray, did a wonderful job for us and we are really pleased with the result of our converted loft with ensuite.Ray from our first meeting he was excellent he discussed any issues or hurdles that needed resolving with myself, the architect and the building control officer. He organised the other trades, he offered solutions to the issues and attended site every day until completed. He is a very experienced builder and would recommend him for a similar loft conversion.

Wooden Casement Window
Ray and his team fitted new steel lintels, new timber casement windows and replastered my kitchen. They were priced very fairly andin the most part were reliable. They also dovetailed well with the other trades I had working at my property and met with key deadlines. The finished product met with my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly small local builder.
