Russ came when he said he would, did an excellent job and charged reasonably for it. He was also flexible when we messed him about with dates and times.

Russ is an industrious worker and highly skilled at his trade I am unable to find fault with what he has done and will not hesitate to use him again if need arises. Russel was always punctual. He came up with a better idea to fix the shelves "invisibley". The match with the furniture was extremely good. He is obviously a very good craftsman producing work to a very high standard. He also cleaned up where he had been working, both inside and out.
