Ross was very reliable, friendly and helpful. He was keen to give us what we needed and was happy to accommodate our last minute requests.

although we did not proceed he was prompt with the quote and did everything we asked for. We did not proceed as we had a change of plans

Ross listened carefully to what we wanted to refurbish our bathroom and gave good advice without trying to convince us to alter the spec. He was reliable and friendly and our bathroom is just as we wanted. We are now putting more work his way as our heating packed up!
Radiator
The only thing I can say is that he was proffesional but couldn't do the job as quick as I wanted..
