Slate & Tiled Roof
Responded quickly and completed the job efficiently. Pointed out likely future problems with poor mortar eroding around the ridge tiles. Will probably call Ruben back to attend to this in the not too distant future.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Ruben gave a quick and reasonable quote to sort out our flat roof Also to add facia boards and change pitch of roof. Work was started the day after we accepted the quote and they worked so hard in the most appalling weather. Job finished quickly and very professionally. Really pleased with work and how much better things look now. Will be using them again for another job soon.
Chimney Building / Repair
Day after our Order, Scaffolding was put up, and work started immediately preparing the Gable by sanding, filling, priming, then adding agreed timber with hand made Finial, and painting. Great attention to detail. Render to rear chimney was being done at the same time by a separate team. All work completed in 4 days,and scaffolding removed that day. Front and rear sites cleared up thoroughly. Professional work, and would use again for future work.

My rating is 5 Star, as all the work was as required and carried out in a very professional manner, Ruben was attentive and wanted his men to work as he planned and to take care, so that the result would please the client. This was achieved, so I cannot understand why only 4 Stars appears on your summary following my previous comments, which did cover all the good points I carefully stated.
