My wife and my found Richard very friendly and helpful. He was prompt and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone . I did to our neighbour he they have also employed him. The next time I need a job doing he will be the first port of call. Martin.

RB surveyed the job , took photos to show the extent of the problem and suggested alternative solutions and prices. They carried out the work in a professional manner and came across as friendly, honest and hard working tradesmen The site was left in a very tidy state and all rubbish was removed by them . Would recommend them to anyone. PAR October 2015

I am pleased with the work completed and time will tell whether it has solved my problems. Richard who own the company was helpful and reliable and provided information on progress all through the project. The job did end up costing significantly more than originally planned but thie was due to problems found when the project was in progress. However I am happy to recomend RB Property Maintenance.
Chimney Building / Repair
An outstanding workman, staying on to complete the job in hand, cleaned up after job, ensuring all waste was removed. Check to insure we were happy with the work as he went along. Have as him to quote for another job. Would highly recommend for any job.
