Looks good on the surface Great guys, great work ethic. The house looks smashing, can't fault it, however I can fault the leaking gutters (already been back twice to sort it) I have discovered a few cracked tiles near the chimney breast and another two on the back where the new guttering has gone up. Been trying to get hold of Ben for a few weeks but have had very little response from him (apart from excuses as to why he hasn't been back
Slate & Tiled Roof
Ben was great to work with, took photos and explained the exact problem on the roof. He then fixed it without issue, and took further photos to show the completion. Thanks for your help!
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Ben came out promptly to give me a quote and he went above and beyond by identifying another separate issue with my roof. Fortunately for myself a relative ended up doing the work for free which is unfortunate for Ben. I will definitely keep him in mind for future work

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Ben was very pleasant,and arrived sooner than expected. I had what I thought was the pipe to do the job but it didn't fit.He saw a piece the same fit in my guttering. (Separate issue here. I paid recently to have my gutters cleaned so it shouldn't have been there.) My top price came up on the site as £250, I asked for discount as an OAP and he would only drop £10.I've since had 2 other quotes (not from rated people) for £180. He was here about 45 minutes. All credit to Ben, the pouring water was a worry.
