We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.

The work carried out Mike and the team needed to strip out a previously converted office and garden room which had become unusable for to damp.The job required a new roof, earthworks to create a drainage system around the building and a specialist full damp proofing system inside including creating a sump with pump fitted to remove any water from ingress below ground.Once done full refit including all joinery,electrics, plumbing for toilet and sink, fully insulating the building plus landscaping outside
