Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Michael came to inspect my flat roof and quickly found the source of the leak. He then proposed a cost effective solution which he then put into action rapidly. He was pleasant, helpful and polite at all times. I would employ him and his company again.
Pointing / Repointing
Michael had contacted me on the day I posted the jobs and arranged a site visit the next day. Written quote was very reasonable and jobs were finished in a half day. Hard-working, good time-keepers, extremely polite, consulted me throughout the day, cleared up after - am really pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend this company.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Hard-working, good time-keepers even in very cold weather; good at explaining things and keeping me informed on progress. Mr Dunne advised on the prioritising of additional work required (chimney needing to be repointed, replacing some old roof tiles, roof cleaning). Written quotes were provided. He arranged for the erection of the scaffolding and followed up efficiently and effectively when there was some delay in taking it down. Good about clearing up. I would certainly hire again.
