This was a simple job, so there was not a great deal to judge them on. All I can say is that they were pleasant, arrived late, but worked quickly. The final job was perfectly satisfactory and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

Bathroom Installation
I advertised for replacement of a tub with shower. Jay gave me the quotation which was reasonable and did an outstanding job as well. He also recommended a retailer where I could buy bathroom stuff. Jay is precise and trustworthy and I would highly recommend Jay for all my plumbing requirements.

I was nervous at using a tradesman not recommended to me by a friend but Jay said he would come at 10 am and turned up on time, immediately handed me identification (and came in a marked van), told me what it would cost and got on with the job immediately. He had to go off and buy a pair of taps but was back on time and fitted them within my time limit. Pleasant man and I have already recommended him to a friend. He gave me advice as to why my shower was not working well and gave me a quote to improving
