I cannot fault Wayne's approach to his trade. He quoted the job at a very reasonable rate which I cross-checked and accepted. He also offered to do the job in my absence and didn't insist I paid up front. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Wayne kept me informed of progress and proved to be a reliable, honest and trustworthy bloke. In fact, I was that impressed that I got him to quote for another job; which was also completed to a very high standard.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Everything in this job, from initial contact to finish was excellent. Wayne attended, assessed the job and provided a very reasonable quote. He said that he'd arrive on the day at 08.30 and was exactly on time. The installation of the guttering was difficult due to the overhang but it was successfully carried out. No problems at all. Wayne is a very cheery and trustworthy character. I'm very impressed with Reach and would recommend them to any other customers.
