      Cancelled the first appointment we had booked (which happened to be the day after the Euros final so make of that what you will…) Reorganised for 10am the next day and rearranged my work schedule to accommodate. Chased up where the electrician was twice and was told he was on his way. Still didn’t show up and then eventually was told at 11:30 that he was going to be another 40 minutes because he had to get his tools from Bolton. Disgusting service. Avoid at all costs.

        Hi, We are sorry that this has happened to you however, our electricians grandad died early hours of Monday Morning which is why we had to reschedule yesterday. This was arranged for today and unfortunately because the electrician was off yesterday and is back in today, he has had a few things to go through with the office staff and has also had to have a meeting today with myself (MD) to make sure he is actually able to work. If you have any issues, please email us instead of slandering. Thank you.

        It’s not slander if the content of the review is true. You cancelled our first appointment and then rearranged for 10am the next day. If the electrician had so much to do before the appointment, you shouldn’t have set the time for the morning or you should have called me this morning to say there was going to be a delay. Instead I had to chase you multiple times to find out where the electrician was and then you told me at 11:30 he would be another 40 minutes, over 2 hours late! Not acceptable.

        You were insinuating that our electrician was off yesterday because of the Euros despite being told by my office staff it was due to a bereavement. Also, we never give an exact time of arrival, your slot was between 10am and 11am and I understand he was still late which I can only apologise for and yes you should have been contacted to say he was running late which again I can only apologise for but we are not a bad company as you have made out on your review. All our other reviews reflect this.

        Your team told me someone would be with me at 10am, not 10-11am, and never advised that the timing was not exact. I rearranged my whole day to make time for the rescheduled appointment after you cancelled and you let me down and didn’t communicate any delays. I had to keep chasing you, wasting more of my time today.

        Apoloigies that this wasn't explained to you. We always give an hour slot and sometimes things happen which prevent engineers attending at the time scheduled. You had messaged my office staff twice today which she has told me to see where the electrician was which I can only apologise for once again. I have been told that the electrician was on his way to you and would have been with you by 12, however you cancelled the appointment. I hope you get sorted with someone else.
