  This customer did not acknowledge receipt of my emails. I believe that is due to our conversation and her extremely unrealistic expectations for the price she was prepared to pay. I always respond immediately to customers as I am paying for the privilege of quoting for work. The reason I get so much work is due to my prompt response.

  I am a professional and my consultations with my clients are full and clear from the moment we have contact, by engaging with them and achieving realistic goals together. There was no consultation, no 'conversation' actually took place only ad hoc text messages. Perhaps my standards were too high for Realistic Murals. When emails arrived a week later I had decided that Realistic Murals didn't come across as realistic as when I had asked to learn a little more about the artist I didn't get an answer...

  I feel very saddened that you feel so strongly about this Nageena. I felt that I had communicated with you very efficiently, through a call, 3 text messages and 4 emails containing my work. I appreciate that you did not get to see those but it is not a reflection of my professionalism. Please do refer back to the numerous ratings that will be up here soon. I wish you well in finding your mural artist and sincerely am sorry that you felt I was not professional.
