This we a total refurb and loft conversion on a Victorian terrace to turn it from a hovel to a very desirable 6 bed HMO student let. Very professional job on time and to exactly the quality level we asked for... Very easy to work with highly recomended
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Shakil was friendly, efficient, and polite. He fixed my leaky guttering while I was at work for a very reasonable price. Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely use Regal Developments again and would recommend to friends and family. I couldn't be happier, within two days of posting my job, the work is completed.
House Extension
Faultless, first class service. We had a complex and demanding renovation/extension build which became more demanding as it progressed. Regal took it all in their stride and even though we lived in site through out they were polite, clean, tidy and always happy to work around us and with three kids that meant a lot. Excellent technical knowledge was supported by a great team of very competent guys. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Regal and will use them again. Very pleased with our new home.

from start to finish simon taylor and is team have been so professional,the work that was carried out has been frist class,and i would recommend any body looking for a builder to go with this company.Two members of this comapny are a real credit to simon,and they are gary who did all the brickwork,and sharky.
