18 AUGUST 2024. DELROY QUOTED TO REPLACE 5 WIRE FENCE PANELS IN MARCH 2024. QUITE A FEW EMAILS, A WRITTEN QUOTE AND TEXTS. LOTS OF EXCUSES ABOUT BEING AWAY UNTIL 17 JULY AND THEN A BEREAVEMENT. (HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I BEEN TOLD THAT!?) I HAD PRE-PAID HIM VIA CHEQUE. HE HAS NOT REPLIED OR GOT BACK TO ME. HIS EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGED. I WILL HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO THIS SITE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SENT VIA RECORED DELIVERY AND NO EXCUSES
