Due to a bit of a high quote, the job was not completed, however, the tradesman was very friendly and very accomadating with other options to the job, wll be keeping in touch with this tradesman.

although a few years later, had major leak in attic due to plumbing fitting not fitted, also major leak behing new toilet fittings, ubend not sealed and had been leaking for quite some time. owner said it was my fault when tred to claim against him
