Bathroom Installation
The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
Gas Boiler - Installation
As a landlord - they accommodated my requests. Excellent at communicating what is wrong, and what is needed to correct the issue in a no nonsense way. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you
General Fitted Furniture
The two guys did a good job. It is absolutely not their fault that they were late for the job. I was told by the manager a different time to the time that the job started. My concern was that the manager overbooked jobs and seriously underestimated the times of each job. I had to wait beyond the expected time of arrival for the men to start the job. I stress that this is a problem of, and for, the manager rather than the hard working tradesmen who did a very good job.
Bathroom Repair
Quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The work was done quickly and to a good standard. Sadly, once the work was finished I noticed a couple of chips out of the toilet seat - it's a wooden seat with a white plastic coating. When I mentioned the issue, Naveed was very apologetic and immediately sent someone to check it. After promising to repair the damage, no one came back and despite two promises to return, nobody came. Disappointing end to an otherwise good service.

Guy phoned me back promptly. Radiator was fitted, Works well happy with job.
