Fahrad was excellent - only sorry i have taken so long to rate him. Good value quote, attention to rules and regulations and thorough and also willing to take on extra jobs at a decent rate as and when they were identified. Gas Fire
I had a relatively simple job that needed doing, but RF turned up very quickly (not much more than 12 hours after I posted) and did a good job. Farhad was quick to show me his gas-safe badge and got on with the job with minimal fuss. He was fairly good at explaining what he was doing and my options, and was very good at picking up other potential issues that I might need to have resolved in the future.
Radiator
We originally needed an annual boiler check and had booked Farhad to come. 2 days before hand our boiler broke! Farhad came straight away, found the problem and repaired it. We're two girls in a rented apartment with no idea of how boilers work and discovered that there was a hole in the wall that needed bricking up before our boiler would be safe! Farhad organised bricks and came back to brick up the hole and do the check on a Saturday for us. He is extremely friendly, GasSafe registered and did a very neat job - he also took the time to clean up fully after himself. I highly recommend him.
