Rob the plumber did an ok job. Plasterer only did half a job and never came back. Tilers then came in and tried to tile over poor finish, so I ended with poor tiling job also. Rob was not happy really with the finished job so knocked of a few quid, but I still ended up with a poorly finished bathroom.

Rob turned up on time and finished the job to our satisfaction under difficult conditions - the heatwave in July!! I would employ him again.
